Manjari Chaturvedi conducts workshops on both classical Kathak and Sufi Kathak. Herself an ardent follower of yoga Manjari incorporates the training of yoga with dance to enhance the flexible body movements and maintain the correct body postures. The flow of breath in dance and the sensitive use of different body parts to create a communication forms the link between yoga and dance.
